I have no preference as to when you publish. Anything convenient for you works for me. Also, I think an occasional shortie is great, and sometimes something more in depth. It kind of depends on the topic. Do you solicit questions from your public? For example, I would like to know about literacy since my farfar's mormor was illiterate, which I consider quite unusual for Sweden (Johanna Johansdotter Lindgren born 19 dec 1842 Hova, Västergötland, died in USA 1933). Why were some children illiterate back then? Who did not go to school and why? I would like to know more about Oscar II and one of his brothers (forgot who) who was a "läsare" (bible reader). I understand that his influence helped convince Oscar to not go to war to retain Norway.

I love trivial details of history, such as the story of the 20th century boys who were fishing and found the probable dungeon key that had been chucked into the river hundreds of years earlier because of feuding royal princely brothers. I understand that Queen Elizabeth I of England, when shown the portrait of Erik XIV as a possible suitor, liked his stockings. Fun trivia. I have appreciated obscure facts. Overall, I am quite flexible.
